Daily Blog Thursday

Jake surprised me today when he said that he is ready to go back to work. I have mixed feelings about this because of the pressure he puts himself under but he spoke to his boss on the phone and to my relief Jakes store has been taken off as the area store. Basically every store rings in every day with their figures and Jake has to fill in alot of paperwork which in reality isnt his own. Luckily now another store has been appointed the area store soat least the pressure will be off for Jake. He told me what such hard work it was balancing the sheets and if one store manager had rung through the wrong details then he could have been there for hours trying to balance the sheet which could be out by a simple 2p. Jake is happy now that he has been sort of demoted but doesnt care about the extra money because it means less work. He will be returning on the 4th  June now so he can still have a little time to recuperate fully before taking back the reins. So that means Jake and I are both happy bunnies today and our night will be spent on the sofa, cuddling up and I dont know why but I get the feeling that it may just lead to something else hehe xx
